West Coast Demerara: Police are looking for a group of men fitting the description given by a 14 year old under aged girl, who found naked and bleeding in a clump of bushes at Tuschen housing scheme. The girl was allegedly drugged, forced to drink alcohol and then gang raped after she was barely conscious. Because of the shame and horrific act, the girl's relatives wanted to keep it a secret but word got out. A taxi driver who transported the teen and a group of men to the area was questioned by the police in an effort to help give a description of the men. The taxi driver is the one who told authorities that something was amiss after he made the drop. By the time the police and members of the Community policing group arrived, it was too late. The young girl was helped by a woman in the area, who covered her up before she was taken for medical treatment. From all indication, it seems the girl knew her attackers.
