Essequibo : Michael Persaud died on the spot today at about 10:00am after crashing into a culvert at Maria’s Lodge Public Road, Essequibo Coast.
The 19 year old Persaud of Johanna Cecilia, Essequibo, was driving a motor car, allegedly at a fast rate, when he lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a concrete structure. He sustained injuries and was taken to the Suddie Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
