San Fernando: 
A 34-year-old man was killed in an early morning vehicular accident in San Fernando.
Mark Frost, a labour relations officer with the Oilfields Workers Trade Union had left a party to drop a friend home in La Brea.
On his way back to his home in Malibu Street, Marabella, police say as he was driving along the San Fernando By-Pass in the vicinty of the licensing office around 4.30 am.
The car left the highway, flipped several times and crashed into a railing at the side of the road.
Police say a pipe at the side of the road punctured the body of the car and pierced through frost killing him instantly.
