Popular calypsonian and entertainer Barry Chandler, was found guilty of assaulting Police Constable Corey Greene in the District A Magistrate Court yesterday.

Chandler a former member of the group Krosfyah, admitted he assaulted Green on February 11. He told the court he went to the police station to make a complain.

"Mr Greene ask me to stop talking so loud, he pushed me and I pushed him back. It was not  aggressive", Chandler said.

He was ordered to perform community service by Magistrate Graveney Bannister who order him to perform community service and adjourned the matter until April 27,  when progress report will be read to the court.
