East Coast Demerara : The police are investigating a fatal accident that occurred on the Strathspey Railway Embankment, East Coast Demerara (ECD) which resulted in the death of pedal cyclist Vivena Abrams of Non Pariel, ECD.
According to police reports, the driver of motor lorry GHH 5153 was overtaking another lorry GFF 5112 and in the process struck down the pedal the 59 year Abrams who was proceeding in the opposite direction.’
The drivers of the two motor vehicles are in police custody assisting with the investigations.
