Four people were injured last night after a collision between two cars on the Lodge Hill,St Michael stretch of the ABC Highway, just after 7.30 last night.
Both vehicles were wrecked and a man had to extricated from his car by firemen using the Jaws of Life, he sustained injuries to the head, chest and right hand.
Three others complained of chest and back pain, they were detained at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
Last night's incident was the second major accident on the roads of Barbados within 12 hours, yesterday morning, firemen used the Jaws of Life to extract 24 year old Tristan Chase from his wrecked Nissan Sentra after it was involved in an head on collision with another vehicle along Hampton Road, St Philip.
