East Bank Demerara : At about 3:30pm today, pedestrian Nazo Saddick, 80 years, of Little Diamond, East Bank Demerara, was crossing the main road at Little Diamond when she was struck down by a motor vehicle.
She was pronounced dead at the Diamond Diagnostic Centre.
The driver of the motor vehicle is in police custody assisting with the investigations.
