Two boys have charged in connection with a  picture of which appeared on Facebook and the Nation newspaper  16  of two secondary school students having sex in a classroom.

According to a source, the boys aged 16 and 15 were charged by the police on Monady.

 The  article and photograph, captioned Sex Scene, appeared in the Nation newspaper of October 26, 2013 , and  generated a lot of  debate as to whether there have been breaches of the Criminal Law.

Thay are expected to appear in court this morning.
