Seventeen year old Tyrone Rowe called COBRA and described by the police as the most wanted man in Guyana today surrenders to the Police accompanied by his close relatives and his girlfriend.
His girlfriend was detained for questioning.
Rowe from 268 Independence Boulevard Albouystown was wanted for a number of murders and armed robberies.
Rowe’s name first surfaced in May after two men were brutalized by police at a resort on the Soesdyke/ Linden Highway. The two men, Colin Jack and Fabian Levius, had revealed that the police assaulted them after one of them was mistaken for ‘Cobra’.
