The police are looking for a 28-year-old Timehri woman Babita Sarjou who was reported missing since November 4. The police said a report was made at the Timehri Police station by the missing woman’s mother Champa Seenarine after Babita Sarjou had left home for work on the last Thursday morning and had not returned.
Police investigations have not yet traced the whereabouts of Sarjou who, according to information received, was last spoken with by a friend at about 5:30pm that day and indicated that she was in the Campbellville, Georgetown, area.
The police are appealing to the public of any information of the missing woman to contact the nearest police station.
