No shortage of Poultry supplies for the Holidays – Government gives assurance

Minister of Trade Industry and Commerce Manniram Prashad assured businesses and consumers that there will be no shortage of Poultry supplies for the holidays and that the price will remain stable. This announcement came following a meeting with the Guyana Poultry Producers Association. Head of the Association Peter De Groot explained that while some businesses were forced to cut back because of the high price, they can now breath a sigh of relief since the prices will remain normal before and after the holidays.
