PRIME Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar presented in Parliament today all the facts surrounding the construction of her at #1 Estate Drive, Phillipines, San Fernando. The construction of the home came into question last week Friday after former prime minister Patrick Manning claimed the home cost $150 million. Persad-Bissessar sought to clear the air today, as she presented the deed, relevant approvals and utility bills for the property. The house was valued at $3 million in December 2009 and was declared to the Integrity Commission, Persad-Bissessar said. She said it would take a further $4 million for the house to be completed by June 2011.
