Georgetown-
Georgetown Deputy Mayor Robert Williams today disclosed that City Hall will be moving to secure all its municipal markets during the December month and the Christmas Holidays. Williams said the city police will be vigilant in and around the markets to look out for criminal elements. The security men will also be on the lookout for persons who will be selling on the paves and around the corridors of the market.
City Hall over the past years was moving to remove pavement vendors to avoid the congestion and robberies on the pavements, especially along Regent Street.
