The police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of Earle Austin, 42 years, of Nabaclis, ECD which occurred at 14 Miles, Issano.
Earl Austin was allegedly assaulted by a group of men who had accused him of stealing articles from a mining camp.
His bound body which was found next to a tree at 14 Miles, Issano, has been brought out to Georgetown and is at the Lyken Funeral Home awaiting a post mortem examination.
