The Almond Beach Club has been sold to Fairweather Holding Inc, a St Kitts and Nevis based company manage and market a number of hotels regionally under the Elite Hotel brand.
The shareholders of Almond Resorts Inc (ARI) at a special meeting earlier this week voted to accept Fairweather Holding Inc offer of $33 million for the St Peter based hotel which is currently closed.
Gervase Warner the chief executive officer of Neal & Massey and the deputy chairman of ARI said 99 percent of the shareholders attended the meeting voted in favour of the deal.
He added that ARI will now proceed with the process of of conveying the hotel to its new owners.
