Georgetown : An unknown female of African descent succumbed this morning to injuries suffered in an accident last evening. According to the public relations officer at the Georgetown Hospital, Mrs. Proctor, the woman had severe internal injuries and undergoes surgery last night.
She died this morning bring the death toll of this accident to five.
Dead are Coretta Benjamin, Crazel Paul, Peter Mc Lennon and two unidentified persons of African descent a male and a female.
Last evening mini-bus BMM 9888 was proceeding along Homestretch Avenue when one of the rear wheels blew out causing the driver to lose control of the vehicle which toppled several times.
A number of passengers suffered injuries and were taken to the Georgetown Hospital and four persons were reported dead last night.
