The robbers stole 79 gold bars believed to have originated in Guyana and valued at $11.5 million.Authorities in Curacao had previously arrested seven suspects, of which one was later released. The other suspects are still being interrogated.Police in Curacao also seized two of the gold bars at a local jewelry store in Willemstad. Other bars were reportedly confiscated in Miami, Florida, and 11 gold bars arriving from Curacao were seized earlier this month by authorities in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
