Aranguez: Aranguez was one of several areas along the East-West corridor which was battered by heavy rain, winds and what some describe as a mini twister today.
Several roofs were blown off in the area and homes damaged.
Up to late this evening assessments were still being done to determine the full scope of damage.
Sheets of galvanize could be seen almost everywhere in the area, even around lamp posts.
Houses and buildings were left without cover and residents were left counting their blessings that no one was injured.
