Russian citizen Vitaly Zemerov appeared in the Magistrates Court yesterday charged with assaulting Angela Thorpe on Sunday.
He pleaded not guilty through an interpreter , the complainant told the court that she was no longer proceeding with the matter .
Acting Magistate Manila Renee dismissed the case.
