Georgetown- Five break and enter in less than two weeks, as residents speak out against the lack of police response and policing in the Foulis, Enmore housing scheme. Last evening the Ramotar family of 102 Foulis was the latest victim as the bandit removed the windows and prised open the bars to gain entry into the home. Almost $200,000 in valuables including cellphones and articles were stolen. A report was made at the Enmore Outpost, and the officer on duty said that a number of reports have been made about similar break ins at the opposite residence and others in the Foulis area. All the victims are convinced that it is a convict called Lallman who is a known thief. Lallman along with another accomplice was charged two years ago for murder. However, his overseas based sister reportedly paid a heavy sum to get him released, while his accomplice remains incarcerated. The police claim to be looking for him in the wake of all the break ins, although he is being seen roaming freely around the community.
