Barbadians are recognizing that international business is an area that they can participate in, this is the view of Connie Smith, president of the Barbados International Business Association(BIBA). Speaking at the end of International Business Week,
Smith said that over 200 students from secondary schools across the island attended BIBA School's Symposium.
"We were expecting about ten students from each school and were overwhelmed that some school brought 40 and 50 students. As a Barbadian who has benefited from this sector over many years, I am extremely gratified to see so many youngters recognizing that the jobs in this area offer them the kind of possibities that will make them global players in the future", Smith told T
