Hinds,30, a former West Indies cricketer, denied that being the driver of a car with registration number XA469 on Hinds Hill Main Road, St Michael, he drove without reasonable consideration for other road users, and that he failed to report an accident to the police before the expiration of 24 hours.
He also pleaded not guilty to damaging a windshield, worth $850, belonging to Charlene Osbourne and assaulting her. The offences allegedly took place on August 21.
There was no objection to bail and Acting Magistrate Manila Renee released Hinds with a surety of $2500.
