There will be several new elements to this year's Oistins Fish Festival in addition to the traditional fish boning and greasy pole competitions, there will be two new boat races.
A Taste of the Caribbean event will replace the tradition cook off with associations from Jamaica, St Vincent and the Grenadines, Trinidad and Tobago and Guyana taking part.
The four days will be held next weekend.
