Port of Spain; The body of a man was discovered wrapped in a bag at Carapo Village earlier today. The bag was noticed and observers felt it looked suspicious and the police were called in. The first thing that was seen hanging out of the bag was a hand and upon further investigation by the police they discovered the bag actually had the body of a middle aged man of African decent, he was clad in a green jersey and black pants.
The police have no lead in the investigation and are appealing to the public for assistance.
