Georgetown- Police this morning are faced with another case of finding the motive behind the the death of a police constable whose body was fished out of the Sophia Canal yesterday. The woman has been identified as Nebbert Issacs Bacon. It is believed that she may have been killed and her body dumped in the canal some two days now, since investigators found marks of violence on her face and other parts. The body was not easy to detect since the canal was overrun with grass and debris. What was strange is that a bicycle was discovered near the body, prompting the theory that she may have lost control and fell in. But from how the crime scene was and the position of the body and bicycle, investigators do not agree. TrakkerNews understand that the police are trying to locate her husband for questioning. Information is that the two were in the courts over a domestic dispute.
