Bridgetown.
The man who broke into a store in Bridgetown last weekend and bled to death after he sustained a cut to his wrist with glass during the process has been identified as Clinton Omar Norton, 31, of Wellington, Bridgetown.
Last Monday morning staff at the Liquidation Centre found a trail of blood and broken glass and two bags filled with money when they entered the store.
The police were summoned to the scene and a body was found upstairs in a dark room, among the items found were Barbados and Guyana identification cards
According to the police, Norton had a history of theft and was a Barbadian but had a Guyanese identification card because his father was born in Guyana.
