The debate on 2012 Financial Statement And Budgetary Proposals ended just in the House of Assembly after 1.15 this morning.
In his contribution to the debate former Prime Minister Owen Arthur advised the Government to stop listening to the international institutions and start listening to the people of Barbados.
"We want them to do things that stand the test of reasonableness, stop trusting international institutions, stop trusting their policies and listen to the people of Barbados', Arthur said.
Prime Minister Freundel Stuart during his contribution told the House that CLICo would be discussed during next week's CARICOM Heads of Government Summit in St Lucia and that the judical manager would make a presentation to the Heads of Government.
