Dario Terrell Foster was released on bal yesterday are being on remand for over a year, he was accused of buggering two schoolboys in June last year.
Foster appeared in the District A Magistrates ' Court yesterday before Magistrate Deborah Holder and was granted bail with a surety of $10,000.
The magistrate order him to report to the District "A" Police Station every Monday and Friday. Foster was accusedof committing actsof buggery on the two schoolboys in the St Stephen's and Cave Hill, St Michael areas on June 3 and 14 last year.
He returns to court on December 5.
