BVI police in high speed chase with motorcyclist

British Virgin Islands: The BVI News reported that police on mobile patrol caught sight of two scooter riders, one of whom was not wearing a helmet, going at top speed and overtaking vehicles on December 27, 2011.

Police blasted their sirens signalling the rider, without helmet, to stop but he continued recklessly which led to a high speed chase. He was eventually caught and arrested for riding without a helmet and failing to stop at the sound of police sirens.
