The Barbados Worker Union (BWU) has accused G4S Secure Solution (G4S) of discrimination against the president of the company's union division.
"We have situations where the president of the union at G4S is being discriminated against for carrying out his duties as union president, where the employer has written the union saying they will no longer recognize the president", says Sir Roy Trotman General Secretary of the BWU .
He added that G4S appeared to be an environment where workers were not entirely comfortable .
