Georgetown : Cabinet Secretary Dr. Roger Luncheon advised that Cabinet at its July 19 statutory meeting offered its ‘no objection’ to five contracts in the education, housing and water, justice and works sectors.
In the Justice Sector $43.2M was awarded for the construction of the Lethem Magistrate Court- Region Nine.
Other awards given no objection are $27.6M for Printing and delivery of Interactive Radio Instruction (IRI), books to be distributed at primary schools countrywide.
Procurement of construction services for the rehabilitation of community roads in Rosignol Zeelugt NDC, Region Five at a cost of $130.6M.
Fabrication and installation in the Public Works sector to the tune of $138.2M
