Georgetown : Sanjay Persaud, 43 years, of Sheriff Street, Campbellville, Georgetown, and owner of Sanjay’s Jewellery was charged today with causing death by dangerous driving committed on Leon Hunte, 55 years, of Stone Avenue, Blygezight, which occurred at Lamaha Street, Georgetown, yesterday.
He appeared at the Georgetown Magistrate Court before Magistrate Judy Latchman where he was placed on $1.5M bail for court on October 03, 2014.
