Georgetown: Acting Chief Justice Roxane George-Wiltshire on Wednesday in her ruling on the case seeking full verification of the vote count for Region Four in the aftermath of general and regional elections noted that the elections process was not regularly conducted and according to section 84(1) there was noncompliance.
She said that GECOM cannot declare the results.
