Policyholders and depositors of CLICO International Life Insurance should not be worried about the Government of Barbados to protect they investment.
Governor of the Central Bank of Barbados Dr DeLisle Worrell told Trakker News, although the sum will not be trivial due to CLICO size, it will be manageable.
CLICO's controversial investment instrument Executive Flexible Premium Plan ialone represents more than a $300 million call on the company.
" People are worried because they ask themselves can the Government afford it",the answer is yes says Worrell.
