Georgetown: As the GY$208.9B National Budget is being described by the opposition as a piece of cardboard “painted to look like concrete” the combine Opposition says the 2013 Budget if not reworked will be voted down by opposition parties- A Partnership for National Unity ( APNU) and the Alliance For Change which hold a one seat majority in Parliament.
However, today the opposition vote wins and consideration of the Budget estimates will begin on Monday. The government wanted it started today.
