Georgetown – Ministers responsible for Energy in the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) are meeting in Georgetown, Guyana for the 35th Special Meeting of the Council for Trade and Economic Development (COTED) on Energy.
COTED is meeting at the Headquarters of the CARICOM Secretariat to scrutinise an overview of the energy situation and trends in CARICOM as well as national and regional responses to global developments.
The Ministerial Meeting is scheduled for tomorrow.
The Hon. Samuel Hinds, Prime Minister of Guyana will deliver the Feature Address. The meeting will be chaired by Senator the Hon. Joanne Massiah, Minister of State, Ministry of Legal Affairs, Antigua and Barbuda.
