Crinimal charges against CLICO executive stopped

Bridgetown.

A High Court Judge has temporary order Commissioner of Police Darwin Dottin, to stop crinimal charges against president of CLICO Holdings, Terrence Thornhill.

The temporary stay by Justice Kay Goodridge has effectively place a hold on similar charges against former executive chairman of CLICO Holdings, Leroy Parris.

Thornhill and Parris were charged with breaching an order by the Supervisor of Insurance in August 2009, prohibiting CLICO International Life a subsidary of CLICO Holding Barbados from selling new business.
