Dario Linton, of Sion Hill, St James died yesterday evening after his motorcycle collided with a sports utility vehicle (SUV) at Orange Hill in the same parish.
Family members including his mother, sister and aunt broke down at the at the sport where the collision took place as curious onlookers silently watched the heartbreaking scene.
The accident scene was a grim one with Linton's body slumped over the bonnet of the (SUV) driven by Sylvan Greenidge.
Lawmen reported that the two vehicles were travelling in opposite directions when they collided around a bend in the road. Greenidge, who suffered an injury to his hand was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital
