Popular Radio deejay Kevin King (Bard International), was granted bail when he appeared in the District A Magistrates' Court on marijuana charges.
King was arrested along with four other people after police conducted a raid on a house in Clapham, St Michael on Wednesday night. Lawmen said they had to use force to gain entry after the occupants refused to open the door.
The dejay was jointly charged along with Valerie Loretta Cooke, possession of 265 grams of cannabis, possession with intent to supply and trafficking.
They pleaded not guilty to the charges and were granted bail with a surety of $10,000. King and Cooke will return to the court on July 26.
