Georgetown – The body of the man which was recovered from the Demerara River on Wednesday February 23, 2011, in the vicinity of the GNIC Wharf, Georgetown, has been identified as 48 year old Desmond Chung, a seaman of Section ‘C’, Block ‘Y’, Grove, East Bank Demerara.
The police are still investigating, how the man met his death.
