Tele-communications company Digicel is offering its employees in Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean a voluntary separation package.
Chief Executive Officer of Digicel Barry O' Brien, told journalists the offer was competely voluntary and he do not expect many members of staff to accept it at this time.
He added the package was for employees who want a lifestyle change to leave the company voluntary while receiving financial support and benefits.
Employees have until June 13 to apply to voluntary terminate their services with the company.
