Dominica: Dalia Bertrand, of Grand Fond, is Dominica’s first road fatality for 2012 according to a report on the Dominica NewsOnline.
Six-year-old Dalia was knocked down by a DOWASCO pick-up vehicle, registration number T J 593, driven by Paul Barry, at the Grand Fond Public Road at about 15:00hrs on Friday.
