East Coast Demerara : Swift action by members of the Guyana police force, a Toyota Spacio motor car was intercepted on the railway embackment when the driver was trying to change a false registration number plate, he was arrested. The driver was part of a three man team who robbed a Mahaica resident earlier after the man had with drew a sum of cash from a commercial bank.
The other two made good their escape while the stolen money has not been recovered.
