Berbice : 23 year old Raghua Mohamed of Good Banana Land, East Canje, Berbice, died in a road accident last night at Borlam, Corentyne, Berbice..
The police said Raghua Mohamed was driving motor car PHH 7874 along the roadway with passenger Dhamain Winjagellum of No. 1 Village, Corentyne, when he lost control of the vehicle which crashed.
Both persons received injuries and were taken to the New Amsterdam Hospital where Mohamed was pronounced dead, while Dhamain Winjagellum was treated and sent away.
