Georgetown:The police are investigating a fatal accident that occurred today at David and Lamaha Streets, Kitty, and which resulted in the death of Akeem Moffett, 29 years of South Ruimveldt Park, Georgetown .
Investigations revealed that motor car PMM 3023 was proceeding along Lamaha Street, Kitty, and collided with motor car PLL 4430 at the junction at David Street, Kitty. Akeem Moffett who was an occupant of PLL 4430, received injuries and later succumbed at the GPHC.
Efforts are being made to locate the driver of motor car PMM 3023 who fled the scene.
