Police are investigating the murder of popular entertainer Patrick (Fatman) Weekes who was shot to death at Londy's Bar, Wharton Gap, St Michael just after 2 o'clock this morning.
Weekes,47, a former winner of the Richard Stoute Teen Talent Competition was one of the leading dub singers on the island in the 1980s and the early part of the 1990s.
He was a patron at the bar when a several men arrived at the bar and fire a number of shots causing patrons to scatter. He died at the scene.
