Georgetown-A Partnership for National Unity (A.P.N.U) in a statement expressed to the wife, children and family of Mr. Everall Franklin, as well as to the Leadership and members of the Guyana Action Party (GAP), our profound sympathy. Mr. Franklin passed away on Wednesday 30th November 2011.
Franklin has, for many decades, spoken to the needs and other concerns of the Guyanese people. As a Member of Parliament and more recently as one of the leaders of A Partnership for National Unity he committed himself to the struggle for the transformation through the formation of a government of national unity, said the party.
He is being saluted for his commitment and his determination to achieving his dream of unity of all Guyana.
