Executed businessman was person of interest for almost a decade- police source.

Georgetown- It iis considered a  professional hit carried out by men who had 37 year old Leonard Mahadeo under surveillance for a long time, according to a police source. Mahadeo was brutally gunned down by men who police believe are drug runners and have reacted to a deal gone bad.Mahadeo is no stranger to brushes with the law and has been on the police watch list. Acoording to reports, five years ago an attempt was made on the businessman's life. He was shot while in his car and received injuries but manage to pull through, unfortunately not so this time around.
