Georgetown : In order to encourage more local participation and to give local stakeholders the opportunity to participate in the Caribbean Sustainable Tourism Development Conference (STC-13), the Guyana Tourism Authority (GTA) has reported that registration fees have been reduced.
The cost for attending the entire conference now stands at U$150. This includes the opening and closing sessions, awards dinner, cocktails, city tours and participation in all workshops.
To attend for one day costs U$100 and a specific conference session the cost is U$60.
STC-13 will offer incredible networking opportunities for local businesses, organizations and tourism stakeholders.
The fast Conference will focus on energy efficiency in hotels and green investment and scheduled for April 15th -18th at the Guyana International Conference Centre in Liliendaal, under the theme “Keeping the Right Balance: Sustaining Our Resources”.
