Roseau, Dominica.
Two fishermen from the island’s north eastern coast are missing at sea.
They have been identified as Justin Carriere from Anse Sol Dat and Leron Ettiene, of Thibaud, according to reports.
The two men went fishing around 10:00 pm on Saturday, later that night one of fishermen made contact with a relative on shore via cell phone stating that their boat was sinking.
They also gave their location and rescue instructions were given, the relative told journalists this morning.
According to the relative, the two fishermen have not been heard from since and repeated calls to their phones have proven futile.
Fishermen from the area began searching Saturday night and have since been joined by the French Coast Guard.
